Requirements:
- 3+ years of Backend Engineering experience.
- Strong experience with Golang, MySQL, and/or PostgreSQL.
- Experience working with and refactoring legacy code.
- Good knowledge of design patterns, microservices, database optimization, and regression handling.
- Experience with CI/CD and automated testing (Unit, Integration, E2E).
- Familiar with monitoring/APM tools.
- Experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to work WFO (Work From Office).
