🚀 AI Engineer (3+ Years of Experience)
We're looking for AI Engineers who have built and shipped impactful AI products in production environments.
This role is focused on agentic AI systems and AI-native product development, where you'll work on intelligent systems capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, and workflow automation.
If you've built AI copilots, autonomous workflows, AI agents, RAG-powered applications, or LLM-driven products used by real users, we'd love to hear from you.
🧩 What You'll Do
- Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents and autonomous systems
- Develop LLM-powered applications that solve real customer problems
- Build RAG pipelines, vector search systems, memory architectures, and knowledge retrieval layers
- Create AI workflows that interact with APIs, databases, tools, and external services
- Design agent orchestration, reasoning, and decision-making systems
- Build monitoring, evaluation, and observability frameworks for AI applications
- Optimize AI systems for reliability, scalability, performance, and cost efficiency
- Integrate AI capabilities into backend services and customer-facing products
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to shape AI-native user experiences
- Own AI systems from concept through production deployment
- Stay current with the latest developments in LLMs, agents, reasoning models, and AI infrastructure
✅ You're a Great Fit If You
- Have 3+ years of experience in AI, Applied AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering
- Have experience building and deploying AI-powered products in production
- Have worked on AI agents, AI copilots, autonomous workflows, RAG systems, or LLM-powered applications
- Have experience with agent frameworks, orchestration systems, vector databases, or tool-calling architectures
- Are strong in Python and modern AI development frameworks
- Have experience integrating AI systems into scalable production environments
- Enjoy solving complex product and engineering challenges using AI
- Thrive in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership
⭐ Nice to Have
- Experience building multi-agent systems
- Familiarity with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, MCP, or similar frameworks
- Experience with AI evaluation, monitoring, and observability systems
- Strong backend engineering or distributed systems experience
- Experience shipping customer-facing AI products at scale
