About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with Gen AI expertise to lead strategic technology programs and large-scale software delivery initiatives within the BFSI domain. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of program management, stakeholder management, software engineering, and Generative AI knowledge. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects, drive engineering execution, and ensure successful delivery of innovative business solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Drive and track software development initiatives across the engineering organisation.

- Plan, manage, and execute multiple BFSI domain projects.

- Work closely with Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Delivery teams to ensure successful and timely releases.

- Orchestrate the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle from development to production.

- Manage project portfolios across business horizontals and verticals.

- Monitor project health, delivery status, risks, dependencies, and escalations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with client IT and business stakeholders.

- Manage customer expectations regarding delivery, resourcing, communication, and governance.

- Support sales and delivery teams in issue resolution, stakeholder engagement, and business growth.

- Collaborate with pre-sales, practice teams, and stakeholders to respond to RFPs.

- Drive release management activities and continuous process improvements.

- Define and communicate project strategies, plans, risks, and recommendations.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of programs and projects.

- Manage budgets, timelines, resources, vendors, and project teams.

- Implement governance frameworks, project metrics, and reporting mechanisms.

- Lead change management, risk management, and resource planning activities.

- Monitor program performance and maximise business value and ROI.

- Resolve complex project and program-level issues.

- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies, SDLC processes, SLAs, and delivery commitments.

- Promote proactive account growth and continuous improvement initiatives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 11+ years of overall experience in the IT industry.

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Delivery Management roles.

- Strong experience managing projects within the BFSI domain.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale software projects and programs.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile project management practices.

- Understanding of software development processes and basic software architecture concepts.

- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.

- Excellent leadership, organisational, facilitation, and team management skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.

- Ability to work effectively in dynamic and uncertain environments.

- Knowledge of change management and performance evaluation processes
