We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer AI/ML with 7+ years of experience in enterprise application development and modern AI-driven technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java, Microservices, Cloud Technologies, and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning solutions. What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and modern backend frameworks.
- Build and integrate AI/ML-powered solutions into enterprise applications and business products.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Data Scientists, and Engineering teams to deliver innovative technology solutions.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.
- Build cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services and modern deployment architectures.
- Develop AI-enabled features such as intelligent automation, recommendation engines, predictive analytics, NLP solutions, and Generative AI integrations.
- Design and optimize data pipelines to support machine learning workflows and AI applications.
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical discussions, and code review processes.
- Develop highly scalable and reliable distributed systems using industry best practices.
- Ensure software quality through unit testing, integration testing, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Work closely with AI/ML teams to deploy, monitor, and optimize machine learning models.
- Follow Agile development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technology modernization efforts.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
- Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and JPA.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Microservices Architecture.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and release automation.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and secure coding practices.
- Experience with application performance optimization and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience building and integrating AI/ML-powered applications.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts, algorithms, model training, and deployment.
- Experience working with Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Prompt Engineering techniques.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience integrating AI services and AI models through APIs and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, Embedding Models, and AI Agents.
- Understanding of MLOps practices, model lifecycle management, monitoring, and governance.
- Experience developing AI-driven business applications and intelligent automation solutions.
- Ability to evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative implementations.
