Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
- Manage and troubleshoot routing, switching, wireless, and network security technologies.
- Support multi-vendor networking environments including Cisco, HPE, Aruba, Palo Alto, Zscaler, and related platforms.
- Configure and maintain firewalls, secure web gateways, proxy services, and network security solutions.
- Develop and implement network automation solutions using Python, Ansible, and similar automation tools.
- Automate network provisioning, configuration management, monitoring, and operational processes.
- Support enterprise wireless and Wi-Fi infrastructure deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Analyze and resolve complex network performance, connectivity, and security issues.
- Partner with cybersecurity teams on network hardening, security improvements, and infrastructure initiatives.
- Support cloud connectivity, hybrid infrastructure, and network modernization projects.
- Create and maintain network documentation, standards, diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and AI-assisted tools to improve network operations and efficiency.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, desktop support, and application teams to enhance service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering and operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Routing and switching technologies
- Enterprise LAN/WAN architectures
- Network troubleshooting and performance optimization
- Network security technologies
- Wireless/Wi-Fi infrastructure
- Experience supporting multi-vendor network environments.
- Experience with network automation using Python, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of firewalls, secure access solutions, and web proxy technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and connectivity issues.
- Experience supporting enterprise office environments.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
