What You Will Do:
- Design and develop full stack web applications using Python (Django/FastAPI) on the backend and React on the frontend.
- Develop innovative software solutions using design thinking, lean, and agile methodologies.
- Build and maintain scalable, high-quality software products using the latest technologies and platforms.
- Collaborate with fast-paced, dynamic teams to deliver value-driven client experiences.
- Own end-to-end feature development, from API design to UI implementation.
- Mentor and contribute to the growth of the next generation of developers.
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience: 5 to 8 years.
- Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in Django and/or FastAPI.
- Solid hands-on experience with React.js for building modern, responsive UIs.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of full stack architecture and integration between frontend and backend systems.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Nice to Have Qualifications:
- Experience with Pandas and PySpark.
- Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) and modern JS/TS tooling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Product and customer-centric mindset.
- Great Object-Oriented skills, including design patterns.
- Good to great problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-border, distributed teams.
