We are hiring an AI-Driven QA Automation Lead for a financial organization in the Shfela area, focusing on QA and automation for mobile applications and advanced automation infrastructure
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead QA and automation activities for mobile applications in large-scale environments
- Design and implement automation infrastructures using Cucumber and Gherkin
- Drive testing processes and provide technical direction across multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and maintain mobile automation solutions using Appium or Detox
- Manage quality metrics and support testing activities in React Native environments
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in manual and automated QA within large organizations and mobile applications
- 1+ year of experience in a leadership role such as QA Team Lead, Development Team Lead, or Tech Lead
- 2+ years of experience designing and implementing automation infrastructures with Cucumber and Gherkin
- 2+ years of experience in mobile automation using Appium or Detox
- 2+ years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java, including experience working with React Native
