Overview
Our client is a leading organisation in the public sector with a large and complex workforce and a strong focus on digital transformation.
They are seeking an experienced HRIS leader to drive the organisation's HRIS roadmap, leading the enhancement and optimisation of HR systems while advancing AI and automation capabilities across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the company-wide HRIS roadmap across multiple entities, harnessing AI and automation to reimagine HR processes
- Partner closely with senior HR, IT and business stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities and influence the adoption of technology-enabled solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing recommendations on HR technology, system enhancements, process redesign and emerging AI capabilities.
- Drive practical AI and automation use cases across HR, including AI-enabled employee support, intelligent workflows, GenAI solutions and process automation to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience.
- Influence stakeholders across functions and entities to drive alignment on priorities, manage competing requirements and ensure successful implementation and adoption of HR technology initiatives.
- Provide oversight of system integrations, enhancements and transformation projects, working closely with internal technology teams and external vendors to ensure effective delivery.
- Drive strong governance across HR systems, data and technology, ensuring appropriate controls, data integrity and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree-qualified with at least 15 years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR Technology or Digital HR Transformation, ideally within large and complex organisations.
- Strong experience leading HR technology initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions, business units or entities.
- Recent experience driving or leading AI, automation and digitalisation initiatives within the HRIS space.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise HR technology ecosystems, with experience in SAP SuccessFactors and exposure to platforms such as Joule, ServiceNow, SAP S/4HANA Payroll and SmartRecruiters.
- Strategic and commercially minded, with the ability to balance longer-term transformation priorities with operational requirements and delivery.
