Title: Front of House (FOH) Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced FOH Manager with a strong background in upscale or fine-dining restaurants. This role will oversee daily front-of-house operations, lead service teams, maintain exceptional guest experiences, and support the restaurant’s financial and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily FOH operations, including dining room, bar, host, and guest services.
- Deliver consistently high standards of upscale hospitality, service, presentation, and guest engagement.
- Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop FOH staff.
- Manage service flow and ensure smooth coordination between FOH and BOH teams.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues while maintaining brand standards.
- Monitor labor, sales, guest satisfaction, and operational performance.
- Enforce restaurant policies related to service standards, safety, sanitation, and compliance.
- Assist with inventory, ordering, cost control, and cash/financial procedures.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- Support special events, private dining, VIP guests, and high-volume service periods.
- Build a positive, professional team culture focused on hospitality and accountability.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of FOH management experience, preferably in upscale, fine-dining, luxury hotel, or high-end hospitality environments.
- Strong knowledge of fine-dining service standards, wine/beverage service, POS systems, reservations, and restaurant operations.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse hospitality team.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of labor management, cost controls, and restaurant profitability.
