We are currently seeking an experienced AI Product Owner to join a high-impact initiative focused on a Next Best Action (NBA) Platform.
This role is ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of business strategy, product management, and technology. The selected candidate will own product direction for a fast-paced personalization platform, translating business objectives into actionable priorities, epics, features, and user stories across multiple engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities: • Own and prioritize the product backlog across multiple functional areas. • Translate business requirements into well-defined epics, features, and user stories. • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to manage dependencies and align delivery with the product roadmap. • Develop a strong understanding of platform architecture, including data, streaming, decisioning, orchestration, rules engines, and user interface components. • Create clear acceptance criteria and definitions of done. • Utilize AI tools such as Claude to improve productivity, planning, documentation, and analysis. • Communicate priorities, risks, trade-offs, and progress to both technical and business stakeholders.
Required Experience: • 4+ years of Product Owner or Product Manager experience. • Experience working with complex platforms involving multiple integrated technical components. • Strong backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work effectively with engineering teams across data, backend, machine learning, and frontend domains. • Hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude or similar technologies as part of daily workflows. • Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into structured and actionable product work.
Preferred Experience: • Personalization, marketing technology, or decisioning platforms. • Healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries. • Large-scale, multi-team product environments.
