- Develops and maintains AI-related security requirements
- Ensures security-related configuration and standards
- Leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise AI security standards
- Advises senior management on AI and emerging technology security risks
- Leads cross-functional security risk assessments for AI and emerging technologies.
- Conducts security assessments of emerging technologies, AI-enabled solutions, automation platforms, advanced analytics, cloud-native services, and other new technology capabilities introduced across the enterprise.
- Management accountability
- 10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity
- security engineering, technology risk, or a related discipline
- Strong expertise in security architecture

- AI/GenAI security
- Data protection, model/prompt security, IAM, and security monitoring
- Experience developing and implementing cybersecurity governance frameworks, policies, standards, and controls
- Knowledge of NIST, ISO, threat modelling, secure-by-design, software supply chain risk, and cloud-native security
- Experience evaluating and securely adopting AI and emerging technology platforms
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior leaders
- A Computer Science degree
