Job: Senior QA Automation Engineer
Location: North Dublin
Type: Contract
Duration: 12 months
Rate: €250-€350 per day
We're looking for an embedded QA who can own test strategy and stay hands-on not a traditional standalone tester. You will work within a team building multi-service API and UI components (moving away from a monolithic architecture), driving quality practices alongside development rather than sitting apart from it.
We are looking for people with th below expeirence:
- Gained over 4 years QA processes and methodology.
- Has over 4 years of Solid hands-on QA automation experience
- Experience with microservices environments and fast-feedback CI/CD pipelines
- A proven background in owning and building test strategy and test plans independently
- Comfortable driving quality-focused change into a team, not just executing existing process
- Strong experience with Selenium / Appium, API testing tools/frameworks
- Strong expeirence using automation scripting language, such as Java or Python.
This is a Lead-level role in terms of ownership and seniority, but with no people management responsibilities. We need someone who leads on strategy while remaining hands-on day-to-day.
It will be important you have a clear point of view on ideal QA process or ability to drive change.
This is a great foot in the door into a leading aviation business. You will work along side talented Engineers but take ownership on important projects and work closely with key stakeholders.
