We're seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to lead the architecture, development, and deployment of advanced AI & Data solutions.
Reporting to the VP of Data & AI, you'll own technical decisions end-to-end, from architecture and technology selection through production deployment, while leading external development teams.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of software development experience, including Data and/or AI systems.
- Strong Python skills and experience with production environments.
- Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Experience with LLMs, NLP, Search, RAG, or Information Retrieval technologies.
- Strong technical leadership and decision-making skills.
- Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally (2-4 times per year).
