Role Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Loop Contact Solutions in Makati. This is a full-time, onsite position where you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and business leads through an outbound calling approach, while delivering excellent customer service and driving business growth.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service, upselling, and cross-selling, preferably from a Financial or Medical Supplements account
- Strong customer service, customer satisfaction, and customer experience skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to work onsite in Makati
- Must be available to start on or before September 21, 2026
