HR Associate / Manager
1. Recruitment
- Handle end-to-end hiring across India, UK and US.
- Build talent pipelines and source candidates for key roles.
- Work with founders and managers to understand hiring needs.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
2. HR Operations & People
- Manage HR processes, HRIS, employee records, policies and payroll inputs.
- Support onboarding, employee lifecycle and HR documentation.
- Help with headcount planning, HR budgets and workforce planning.
- Support managers with performance, development and employee-related matters.
- Track headcount, attrition and other HR metrics.
3. HR Automation & Technology
- Improve and streamline HR processes as the company grows.
- Use AI, HR tech and automation to reduce manual work.
- Build simple HR workflows, systems and dashboards.
4. Culture & Engagement
- Drive employee engagement and company culture initiatives.
- Organize offsites, team events, celebrations and employee activities.
- Help build a strong culture across India, UK and US teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in HR, People Operations and/or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience working with global teams and multiple time zones.
- Strong HR operations and recruitment experience.
- Comfortable using HRIS, ATS, AI and automation tools.
- Highly proactive, organized and hands-on.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Comfortable working directly with founders, leadership and employees.
- Startup/high-growth experience is preferred.
