What does it take to turn a real, early-stage biology bench into a daily feed people can actually trust — frame by frame, post by post? This is a Content & Media Intern running the launch pipeline of short-form video and written dispatches from the Bali campus, published daily across the ten account feed. Seraph is a biology company at technology readiness level 3 (TRL 3) — proof-of-concept — creating real-world systems from lemna, one of nature’s most versatile plants — a plant that already cleans water, feeds livestock, and can be steered toward high-protein food. The bench already maps a 256-paper knowledge base across 31 research areas, runs a species-vision detection that reads a whole cultivation tray, and is in first pilot trials indoors and outdoors at varying pH. We are early, and we say so — nothing here is validated yet. The cadence is simple to say and hard to do: real bench, real lens, published daily. You leave with the proof employers hire on: a body of published work cut on a real bench, not a classroom brief. Everyone has a degree. Almost nobody has proof.

What you build

Not a task list. The thing you build.

You build the daily dispatch file: one short-form video and one written post from the bench, cut and captioned to ship the same day.

The ten account feed becomes a repeatable daily format from raw bench and lens footage; you work on it until that format runs clean.

The caption stack is on you: each post grounded in the bench protocol it shows, not a vibe.

The archive and the uptake log stay clean, so the next post starts from what already worked.

The bar

A cut you published outside coursework names the moment it failed.

A feed or series you built runs without you in the room.

You have shot and edited under real constraints — a phone, a bench, no second takes.

A caption you wrote made a dry result click without overselling it.

Who this is for

For writers, filmmakers, photographers, and scientists who would rather document a real bench than invent a fake one. The two-year question is simple: safe path, or proof. The map is dead: the safe, well-charted path is not where the interesting work is. You work until the cut and the caption match the bench. A bad post is data, not failure — you keep going until the feed and the science agree.

Where you do it — and why here

Thirty years building companies — New York, London, Tokyo, the Valley — and then it stopped mattering where the work happened. So the program runs on-site in Canggu, Bali. A modern company costs twelve people and a toolchain — so being wrong six times a year is part of how we build. Monday reset, Friday ship — show what you found. The campus is 4,000 sqm, and the people who run the companies are on it every day. Epic Solutions PT runs the on-site program in Canggu, Bali. What this location buys is attention, not a view. This is not remote work; one cohort, on-site, the full phase.

Terms

Unpaid under Indonesian law. A room is available on campus — rent paid by you. Epic Solutions PT hosts the on-site program and assists with the C22B internship visa process; the visa fee is yours. Daily lunch on us. Starting October.

Questions about the fit or the timeline? Tell us — we’ll talk you through how the program actually runs.

Requirements

A degree in media, communications, biology, or equivalent — you have proven you can finish something hard.

You drive Claude Code, Hermes, or Codex every day and catch what the AI gets wrong.

Something you shot, wrote, published, or ran that nobody asked you to.

On-site in Canggu, the full phase.

How to apply

Apply via the LinkedIn application field. Send a short note and your CV — and, if you have one, the portfolio, feed, or archive that shows your work.

Closing

A finished CV was never the point. What counts is a thing you’ve built and the drive to build the next one. That is who we are looking for.
