Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data support, data engineering, or production support roles
- Hands-on experience with data platforms (e.g., Cloudera, Hadoop ecosystem) and data lake environments
- Strong knowledge of SQL and databases (Oracle or similar), including query optimization
- Experience in ETL/ELT development and support using tools such as Talend, Spark, or Airflow
- Familiarity with data integration from APIs, databases, and flat files
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools (dashboarding, basic data modeling)
- Understanding of data governance, security, and access controls (RBAC)
- Basic programming/scripting skills (Python, Shell) is an advantage
- Experience in incident management and production support environments
