The Opportunity
As a Mobile Community Podiatrist, you'll provide high-quality podiatry services that help clients maintain their mobility and independence. From comprehensive assessments and preventative foot care through to wound prevention, falls prevention and footwear recommendations, you'll play an important role in supporting positive health outcomes while working closely with clients and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
As Amplar Health's Support at Home service continues to grow, you'll be part of an innovative, clinically-led model focused on prevention, early intervention and reablement. Working alongside Clinical Care Partners, nurses and allied health professionals, you'll deliver coordinated care that helps older Australians remain independent at home while contributing to the future growth and development of the service.

About You
· Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Podiatrist
· Current driver licence, access to own vehicle and willingness to travel
· Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care that supports independence, mobility and wellbeing
· Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
