This program is designed for final-year students and recent graduates with a strong academic background, a high level of English and a keen interest in global financial markets. You will join an international and fast-paced environment, gain hands-on exposure to live business activity and develop the technical, commercial and interpersonal skills needed to build your career in Corporate & Investment Banking. The program is expected to start in July or September 2027, depending on the country.

As part of Santander Future Talents: Santander CIB Graduate Program Europe - Global Markets - Trading, you will contribute to Global Markets activities and work alongside experienced professionals across Europe. Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Price and execute transactions across asset classes such as interest rates, foreign exchange, credit, equity derivatives, cash equities and securities finance.
- Monitor and analyse market movements, identify potential opportunities and support real-time risk management.
- Collaborate with Sales and Structuring teams to develop trading strategies and solutions aligned with client needs.
- Use quantitative models, data tools and technology platforms to support trading decisions and improve desk efficiency.
- Contribute to market commentary, trade ideas and the ongoing monitoring of positions and market risk.
