Job Description / Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical and delivery lead for the POD, providing technical direction and ensuring successful delivery of application initiatives.
- Lead and manage the technology backlog and technical debt across three applications.
- Own coordination and execution of application releases in partnership with the Release Management team.
- Act as the primary technical coordination point with SCAN Health engineering teams and other key stakeholders.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across full-stack applications using React.js and .NET Core microservices.
- Manage and support Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and release management activities.
- Lead application security remediation efforts, including SAST/DAST findings using tools such as Nexus IQ, SonarQube, and Checkmarx.
- Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, security, product, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Participate in and support Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Provide technical guidance, remove delivery roadblocks, and ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
- Manage stakeholder communication, status reporting, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Support ongoing modernization and upgrades across the application landscape.
