What you'll do:
- Design and develop highly scalable, cloud-native platforms on AWS.
- Create distributed systems, APIs, event-driven services, and core platform components.
- Drive engineering excellence through clean architecture, rigorous testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and operational best practices.
- Own systems end-to-end—from initial design to production deployment and ongoing operations.
- Mentor fellow engineers, promoting technical excellence and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product teams and AI specialists to deliver enterprise-grade software solutions.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years (Senior), 12+ years (Principal), or 15+ years (Sr. Principal) of software engineering experience.
- Hands-on coding expertise with Python.
- Deep experience designing, building, and operating cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, resilience, performance optimization, and security.
- Proven track record of delivering high-reliability production systems using modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automated testing, and monitoring.
- Excellent system design skills and effective technical communication.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Kubernetes, microservices architecture, event streaming, or platform engineering.
- Exposure to AI/LLM platforms, agentic systems, or developer platforms.
- Background in fintech, enterprise SaaS, or highly regulated environments.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in building enterprise-grade cloud applications within complex, regulated industries.
Other Requirements:
