About the Role
We are looking for a creative and highly technical GenAI Engineer to join our Data Science team. This role combines software development and research in the field of Generative AI.
The position involves building LLM-powered products, developing autonomous AI agents, and applying advanced prompt engineering techniques to solve complex business and technological challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Agent Development: Design and develop intelligent AI agents capable of executing multi-step workflows, making decisions, and interacting with external systems.
- RAG Systems: Build, implement, and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures that connect language models to organizational knowledge and data.
- Python Development: Write high-quality Python code to implement business and application logic.
- LLM Frameworks: Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and similar technologies.
- Product Integration: Integrate GenAI capabilities into the company’s products and systems.
- Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Design, write, test, and optimize complex prompts—including system prompts and multi-step prompting strategies—to maximize the performance of various language models.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies.
- Design and implement evaluation processes for assessing model outputs and system performance.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and business teams to deliver AI-based solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field — required.
- At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience, including Full-Stack development and strong Python programming skills — required.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing GenAI systems and AI-powered products — required.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts, with practical experience building, developing, and deploying ML models.
- Proven experience writing complex SQL queries for data preparation, model development, and results analysis — required.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks for building LLM-powered applications.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models, RAG architectures, and AI agents.
- Ability to work independently, conduct research, and translate emerging technologies into practical solutions.
Significant Advantages
- Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience working with Qdrant or other vector databases.
- Experience developing dashboards and presenting data using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar BI tools.
- Familiarity with deployment tools and Docker.
- Experience improving business processes through automation and AI.
- Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, and performance optimization.
- Experience working with cloud-based AI and data platforms.
