About the Role:
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Sales Recruiters / Bench Sales Recruiters to join our U.S. IT staffing team.
This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates. Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in U.S. recruitment are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior U.S. recruitment, IT staffing, or Bench Sales experience will be preferred.
The role involves working with U.S. consultants, clients, vendors, and staffing partners to identify job opportunities, market candidates, and support the recruitment and placement process.
Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts in IST to coordinate with U.S. business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and promote IT consultants to U.S. clients, vendors, and staffing partners.
- Identify suitable job opportunities based on consultants' skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with U.S. clients, vendors, recruiters, and consultants.
- Handle candidate submissions, follow-ups, interview coordination, and status updates.
- Communicate regularly with consultants regarding job opportunities and interview processes.
- Understand U.S. work authorization and visa categories such as H-1B, OPT, STEM OPT, H4-EAD, Green Card, and U.S. Citizen.
- Negotiate rates and coordinate with clients/vendors when required.
- Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, and candidate activities.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Stay updated on U.S. IT recruitment trends, technologies, and market requirements.
Requirements:
For Freshers:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to learn U.S. recruitment and staffing processes.
- Basic understanding of computers, email, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Comfortable working the U.S. night shift in IST.
For Experienced Candidates:
- Prior experience in Bench Sales, U.S. IT Recruitment, Sales Recruitment, or U.S. Staffing is preferred.
- Experience working with U.S. clients, vendors, implementation partners, or staffing companies.
- Knowledge of U.S. visa categories and work authorization.
- Experience with consultant marketing, submissions, follow-ups, and rate negotiation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple consultants and requirements simultaneously.
- Comfortable working the U.S. night shift in IST.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior U.S. recruitment / U.S. IT staffing experience.
- Bench Sales experience.
- Knowledge of W2, C2C, and Contract-to-Hire hiring models.
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM, VMS, job portals, and recruitment tools.
- Existing relationships with U.S. clients or staffing vendors.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
