Senior / Lead Product Designer
£80,000–£100,000 | London | Hybrid, two days a week
A growing health technology company is rebuilding the products used by healthcare teams to organise and deliver everyday care.
This is a complex design problem with a clear human impact. The software needs to help busy professionals act quickly, understand what needs attention and manage large volumes of work without adding more friction.
They’re looking for a Senior or Lead Product Designer to take substantial ownership of this next phase.
What you’ll be doing
- Redesigning a connected suite of digital products from the ground up
- Turning complicated processes and information into clear, intuitive interfaces
- Producing detailed, high-quality UI across workflows, states and edge cases
- Visiting users in their working environments to understand how the product fits into their day
- Using AI-assisted building tools to create realistic prototypes and explore ideas beyond static screens
- Helping establish shared patterns and a stronger visual direction across the product
What they’re looking for
- Strong interaction and visual design skills, supported by a thoughtful portfolio
- Experience designing complex software, operational tools or information-heavy products
- Confidence working from early research through to detailed delivery
- Curiosity about how AI can expand what designers make and ship
- A clear communicator who can explain decisions, challenge constructively and work with different disciplines
- Enough independence to lead a substantial area of work without waiting for a tightly defined brief
Healthcare or regulated-product experience would be useful, although excellent craft and product judgement matter more.
The salary is £80,000–£90,000 at Senior level, with scope up to £100,000 for someone operating at Lead level. The company offers hybrid working, a private pension, generous parental leave and the equipment needed to do your best work.
