💼 Experience: 4–12 Years
We are looking for an AI/LLM Engineer to join our team and work on a new AI-powered product currently.
The role is ideal for an engineer who is strong in Python, LLMs, Prompt Engineering and Agentic AI, and who can independently research solutions, clarify evolving requirements, develop POCs and take AI solutions toward production.
🔑 Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Python
- Hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI
- Strong Prompt Engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph
- Experience developing Agentic AI / AI Agents
- Experience with tool calling, agent orchestration, context and memory management
- Experience deploying or supporting AI/LLM solutions in production
- Strong production troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Ability to understand ambiguous requirements and independently research and propose solutions
- Basic Solution Design / Technical Architecture experience
- Exposure to Azure and AKS/Kubernetes
☁️ Cloud & Engineering
- Azure experience is preferred, with AKS/Kubernetes exposure being highly valuable
- Good understanding of software engineering, application deployment and production support
🎯 Key Result Areas (KRA)
- Develop and productionize AI/LLM and Agentic AI solutions
- Build AI workflows using LangChain and LangGraph
- Develop and optimize POCs and AI-powered applications
- Research and evaluate technical approaches for evolving AI requirements
- Troubleshoot and improve production AI solutions
