Role Description
We are looking for a talented and outgoing individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the seed industry for a Regional sales marketing manager based in Bhubaneswar, odisha. The candidate should be confident, possess strong marketing skills, and have the ability to close deals effectively. Experience in vegetable seeds will be an added advantage. The role also requires regular field visits, direct interaction with farmers, promotion of company products and the ability to achieve assigned sales targets within the given timelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the seed industry; prior experience in vegetable seeds is an advantage
- Strong rapport with local dealers and distributors.
- Capability to develop and implement new sales and marketing strategies
- Proven ability to close deals and consistently achieve assigned sales targets
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
- Degree is not mandatory; sound knowledge of the seed industry and market dynamics is essential
