Are you an Engineering Lead who still loves to code? This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Engineering Lead to join an organisation where you’ll lead a small talented squad of around 2–4 developers while also remaining heavily involved in coding, solving technical challenges and shaping the architecture, alongside providing technical direction and mentoring the team.
The business is also embracing an increasingly AI-native approach to software engineering and are keen to speak with engineers who are already experimenting with AI-assisted development and are excited about how it can change the way teams build software.
Requirements:
- Strong TypeScript experience
- Solid full-stack engineering experience, ideally with a backend focus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools and techniques
