Overview
The Internal Consultant – CDP Strategy Lead is a mid-senior level strategic role designed for a high-performing professional with a background in technology or strategy consulting. This individual will act as a trusted advisor within the organization, driving the strategic evolution, governance, and optimization of our Common Digital Platforms (CDP).
Requirements
- Analytical Rigor & Structured Thinking: Mastery of top-down structured thinking (e.g., Minto Pyramid Principle) to break down ambiguous, multi-faceted business challenges into clear, hypothesis-driven frameworks.
- Enterprise Technology Acumen: Strong conceptual understanding of large-scale enterprise platforms, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and modern data architecture.
- Narrative Craftsmanship & Presentation Design: Outstanding capability to build persuasive, visually compelling presentations. The candidate must possess an eye for clean layout, impactful data visualization, and professional aesthetic standards.
- Executive Presence & Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of confidently presenting complex strategic choices to senior executives and steering committees.
