About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing – Meta Ads Specialist who is highly hands-on with Meta Ads, B2B lead generation, funnel building and conversion optimisation.
You will manage campaigns across 15+ brands, with a strong focus on generating high-quality MQLs and business opportunities rather than simply increasing lead volume.
The role requires an understanding of high-ticket B2B audiences, including customers and business buyers where the potential transaction/investment value can be ₹1–2 Crore+.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation and conversions.
- Identify and target the right B2B audiences, including business owners, investors, franchise buyers and decision-makers.
- Build and optimise funnels across Lead → MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Conversion.
- Focus on MQL quality, CPL, conversion rate, CAC and revenue contribution.
- Develop retargeting and remarketing strategies for high-intent audiences.
- Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, messaging, offers and landing pages.
- Analyse campaign and sales data to identify performance gaps and improve conversion.
- Manage budgets and scale successful campaigns while maintaining lead quality.
- Handle performance marketing across 15+ brands with different industries and target audiences.
- Lead and mentor the performance marketing team and ensure campaign performance against business targets.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand lead quality and improve marketing-to-sales conversion.
What We Are Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing with strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads.
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Strong understanding of MQL, SQL, funnel metrics and lead qualification.
- Experience with high-ticket / high-value B2B products or services.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, retargeting and campaign scaling.
- Experience managing multiple brands/accounts or working in an agency environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and data-driven approach.
- Prior team management/mentoring experience is preferred.
