3. Mannequin Styling: o Outfit Display: Dress mannequins according to the brand’s guidelines to show off the latest fashion styles.
4. Store Décor: o Windows & In-Store: Create high-quality window displays and in-store decorations based on seasonal themes.
5. Use Sales Data: o Find Sales Opportunities: Look at sales numbers and popular products to spot chances for boosting sales.
6. Understand Customers: o Consistent Look: Know the brand’s customer base and make sure the store’s appearance matches the brand’s image consistently.
7. Equipment Knowledge: o Use Tools: Be skilled in using the tools and equipment needed for setting up displays and decorations.
8. Teamwork: o Communicate: Work closely with store staff and the Visual Merchandising manager to keep the brand’s look consistent.
9. Follow Processes: o Stick to Guidelines: Adhere to the visual merchandising procedures to maintain store standards.
