QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant major
- Good English skills, both spoken and written
- Teaching experience is preferred
- Passionate about working with children and education
- Creative, patient, responsible, and enthusiastic
- Good classroom management and communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Willing to learn and continuously develop professionally
- Experience in early childhood or primary education is a plus
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- Plan and deliver engaging and meaningful learning experiences
- Create a safe, positive, and supportive classroom environment
- Support students’ academic, social, emotional, and character development
- Observe and assess students’ progress and provide appropriate support
- Communicate and collaborate with parents and fellow teachers
- Prepare lesson plans and learning materials
- Participate in school events, activities, and professional development programs
