We're Biks.AI we build AI agents for business operations, automating real workflows for Indonesian and Singaporean companies. We're hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to sit at the seam between our product and our clients. Full responsibilities and learning curve from day 1.
What you'll do
You'll own the whole arc: understand what a client actually needs, build the solution, and make sure it works in production. Not a ticket-taker, but a builder who talks to customers, ships, and stays until it runs.
What we're looking for
- Full-stack development (React/Next.js + Python or Node.js)
- Comfortable with SQL, REST APIs, and webhooks
- Hands-on with LLMs & AI agents — reliable tool calls, no hallucination (OpenClaw / Hermes a plus)
- Deployment on Docker + Linux VPS (SSH, processes, logs)
- Conversational English
- CS degree or equivalent real-world doer (show us your github)
