Job Description
- Manage and maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, backup systems, and endpoint security solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server, network, infrastructure, and user access-related issues.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, Group Policies, software deployments, system updates, and backup processes.
- Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of IT infrastructure.
- Manage IT assets and ensure proper documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for support and procurement activities.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support and ensure timely resolution of escalated issues.
- Implement and maintain security best practices across systems and networks.
- Ensure business continuity through regular backup verification and disaster recovery preparedness.
