Purpose of the Job:
- The incumbent is expected to analyze (regional/segment-specific) business requirements towards the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners. They will actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned projects in a region.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in driving business process transformation within Greenfield and Brownfield SAP implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP Quality Management (QM) and Plan-to-Produce (P2P) business processes.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM).
- Experience in business requirements analysis, process design, and business process modelling.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in large international organizations, collaborating with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with a results-oriented approach and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and IT teams.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; proficiency in German or other languages is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Analyze regional and segment-specific business requirements against the global SAP S/4HANA template by conducting local fit-gap analyses under the guidance of Deputy/Hub Process Owners.
- Drive the adaptation and harmonization of end-to-end business processes, including process modelling, to align with FIT4 standardization objectives, while coordinating with entity business experts on preparatory activities such as data cleansing.
- Develop and maintain process maps and business process models to document and communicate the adapted business processes.
- Define, plan, and execute cutover activities, with a focus on data migration, role setup, and business readiness to ensure a seamless transition to SAP S/4HANA.
- Design, own, and execute functional end-to-end test scenarios and test cases to validate business processes within the SAP S/4HANA solution.
- Support the successful rollout of assigned regional deployment projects, primarily within the designated business segment and, where required, across multiple SBUs or segments in coordination with the Regional Hub Lead.
- Collaborate with the Training Lead to develop training materials and, when required, deliver end-user training to support business adoption.
