Role Description The Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tyler, TX. The Operator is responsible for monitoring and operating equipment and systems in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines, including starting, stopping, and adjusting machinery to maintain proper performance. Daily activities include conducting routine inspections, recording operating data, reporting irregularities, and communicating with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow. The Operator will follow safety and environmental regulations, assist with basic troubleshooting, and collaborate in maintenance and housekeeping tasks to keep work areas and equipment in clean, reliable condition. This role requires consistent adherence to company policies, participation in training, and support of continuous improvement efforts.
