About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP Test Analyst with 5+ years of experience in SAP testing and quality assurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for test planning, test case design, execution, defect management and validation of SAP business processes and system changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and functional specifications and identify testing requirements.
- Prepare test plans, test scenarios, test cases and test scripts.
- Execute functional, integration, system, regression and UAT testing.
- Validate SAP transactions, workflows, data and end-to-end business processes.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and work closely with business users.
- Identify, document and track defects and coordinate with developers and SAP Functional Consultants for resolution.
- Perform retesting and regression testing following defect fixes and system changes.
- Maintain test cases, test results, defect reports and testing documentation.
- Prepare test execution and test summary reports.
- Participate in requirement discussions, review meetings and daily stand-ups.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Testing / SAP QA.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP testing and test execution.
- Experience with one or more SAP modules:
- SAP FICO
- SAP MM
- SAP SD
- SAP HCM
- SAP PP
- Good understanding of SAP business processes.
- Experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing and test case design techniques.
- Experience in functional, integration, regression and UAT testing.
- Experience validating end-to-end processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
- Experience with SAP GUI and SAP transaction testing.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Experience with defect and test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM/Quality Center and Azure DevOps.
- Exposure to SAP Solution Manager.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with SAP testing and automation tools such as SAP TAO, Selenium or Worksoft.
- Experience with automated testing.
- SAP certification is desirable but not mandatory.
