Role Description The Electrical Site Supervisor Project Manager will oversee day-to-day electrical site operations, ensuring that installation, maintenance, and repair activities are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, contractors, and clients, assigning tasks to site staff, monitoring work progress, and resolving technical or operational issues. The role involves reviewing electrical drawings, planning material and equipment requirements, enforcing safety and compliance standards, and preparing regular status reports and documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring frequent presence at project locations and close supervision of field activities. The position also involves supporting project planning, quality control, and continuous improvement of site processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team coordination, task delegation, and on-site workforce management.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Electrical Engineering and Electricity, with a solid understanding of power systems, circuits, and safety standards.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Electrical Maintenance, including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Electrical Equipment, such as panels, switchgear, wiring, and protection devices, and their proper installation and testing.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with prior experience in site supervision or project management.
