We are an AI startup looking for a passionate and technically skilled Agentic AI Solutions Engineer to join us in Dubai.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building real-world AI solutions, understanding customer challenges, and deploying intelligent agents across different industries. You will work closely with customers and our internal team to turn business needs into reliable, practical AI systems.
What you’ll do:
- Design, build, test, and deploy agentic AI solutions
- Understand customer workflows, challenges, and business requirements
- Translate customer needs into effective technical solutions
- Develop AI agents using large language models, APIs, tools, databases, and automation platforms
- Integrate agents with existing customer systems
- Monitor deployed solutions and improve their reliability, accuracy, and performance
- Manage multiple projects and deliver effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
- Demonstrate prototypes and explain technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to our technical direction, processes, and long-term growth
What we’re looking for:
- Strong practical understanding of agentic AI, large language models, prompt engineering, and AI workflows
- Demonstrable experience building AI agents, automations, or production-ready AI applications
- Experience with Python or another relevant programming language
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, databases, cloud platforms, and deployment practices
- Strong problem-solving and customer-discovery skills
- Ability to remain focused, adaptable, and dependable under pressure
- Clear communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- A portfolio, GitHub profile, case study, live demonstration, or previous project that shows your capabilities
- Based in Dubai or able to work from Dubai
Experience with RAG, vector databases, multi-agent systems, AI evaluation, security, and monitoring is an advantage.
