We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who is motivated by building relationships, identifying exceptional talent, and helping both candidates and clients find the right fit. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the challenge of recruiting for specialized technical positions and wants to be part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of technical and engineering positions within the AEC industry.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract both active and passive candidates.
- Conduct candidate outreach, phone screens, interviews, and qualifications assessments.
- Build and maintain a strong network of qualified technical professionals for current and future opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing communication, guidance, and market insight.
- Develop creative and proactive recruiting strategies to reach qualified candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Utilize LinkedIn, ATS platforms, recruiting databases, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and activity within the ATS.
- Stay informed on AEC industry trends, technical skill sets, compensation trends, and the overall talent market.
- Manage multiple searches and priorities while consistently meeting deadlines and recruiting goals.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within technical recruiting, engineering, construction, architecture, or another specialized industry.
- Experience sourcing and recruiting passive candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to effectively assess candidates' experience, skills, and overall fit for a position.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of recruiting assignments.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting/sourcing tools.
- A genuine interest in learning the AEC industry and developing expertise in technical recruiting.
- A degree is not required if you have relevant recruiting experience and a proven track record of success.
