Role Overview: The Senior Manager in the International Tax practice will provide planning advice on U.S. cross-border investment fund and transactional matters, manage multiple client engagements, and develop new business opportunities. They will collaborate with internal and international teams to deliver innovative tax solutions, research and review tax advice, and stay updated on U.S. technical developments affecting international and federal tax issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer strategic guidance on cross-border investments and transactions
- Support business development efforts to expand client services and attract new clients
- Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
- Research and review complex tax advice related to U.S. international tax matters
- Monitor industry developments and advise clients accordingly
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of eight years' experience in international and cross-border U.S. taxation, particularly involving investment funds and M&A transactions
- Bachelor’s degree; professional credentials such as CPA, EA, JD/LLM preferred
- Strong knowledge of international tax compliance and related quantitative issues
- Proven ability to manage engagements efficiently and develop client relationships
- Excellent research, planning, and communication skills
