AI Product Innovation Manager

Remote – U.S.

Full-Time

Salary Range: $68,000–$80,000

Help Us Build Better Digital Well-Being Experiences

We’re looking for a creative, highly organized, and technology-minded professional to help test, improve, and expand our digital well-being products:

- Bree Health, our flagship digital well-being platform

- Bree Coach, our AI-powered life coach

This hands-on role combines AI product testing and improvement, user-experience evaluation, digital content creation, technology project coordination, and support for SaaS product launches and go-to-market initiatives.

This is a hands-on execution role rather than a traditional product-management position focused primarily on roadmaps and strategy. You’ll actively evaluate what we build, improve the user experience, experiment with emerging AI tools, create digital content, and help move initiatives from idea through release.

You’ll work alongside software developers, AI specialists, product leaders, coaches, and other team members to create meaningful digital experiences that improve people’s lives.

What You’ll Do
Test and Improve Digital Products
A major focus of this role will be testing and continually improving our digital products.

We don’t simply want to know whether a feature technically works. We want to know whether it works as intended—and whether it is helpful, intuitive, engaging, personalized, and effective for the person using it.

You’ll:

- Develop UAT scenarios based on requirements and intended user experiences

- Test new features across web, mobile, AI, and other digital platforms

- Test AI experiences across different conversations, goals, circumstances, and user needs

- Evaluate whether AI responses are helpful, relevant, accurate, personalized, engaging, and appropriately human

- Identify bugs, inconsistencies, usability problems, and experience gaps

- Clearly document defects, observations, expected outcomes, and recommendations

- Communicate findings to developers, AI specialists, and product teams

- Validate fixes and retest features before release

- Confirm that completed work meets requirements and business objectives

- Look beyond defects to identify opportunities to improve the overall experience

We want someone who continually asks:

“Does this work the way we intended—and is it a great experience for the person using it?”

Work Hands-On With AI
This is an opportunity to actively use AI—not simply manage AI projects.

Depending on the initiative, you may:

- Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other generative AI platforms

- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies

- Experiment with conversational AI, voice, video, imagery, personalization, and real-time experiences

- Test and improve prompts, workflows, and AI-powered features

- Prototype ideas using existing AI technologies

- Use AI to accelerate research, testing, analysis, documentation, and content creation

- Help create AI-assisted workflows that allow teams to work more effectively

You don’t need to be an AI engineer. We’re more interested in someone who is curious, technically comfortable, creative, and able to quickly learn and apply new technologies.

Create AI-Powered Digital Content
You’ll help create engaging educational, coaching, marketing, and well-being content using emerging AI technologies.

You may:

- Create AI-generated educational and well-being videos

- Work with platforms such as Synthesia, HeyGen, InVideo, ElevenLabs, or similar tools

- Develop and refine scripts using generative AI

- Experiment with AI-generated voice, imagery, avatars, and video

- Help make digital content more engaging and personalized

- Identify ways to create higher-quality content more efficiently

Professional video-production experience isn’t required. However, candidates who have personally created polished AI-assisted videos or related digital content will have an advantage.

Keep Technology Projects Moving
Approximately 30% of the role will involve coordinating technology, AI, and digital initiatives from planning through release.

You’ll:

- Translate product and business ideas into clear requirements and actionable work

- Coordinate priorities, tasks, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables

- Communicate progress, roadblocks, priorities, and next steps

- Proactively follow up and help resolve obstacles

- Document requirements, decisions, processes, and project status

- Track initiatives through development, testing, and release

- Help ensure completed work meets its original requirements and objectives

We’re looking for someone who naturally follows up, asks thoughtful questions, communicates clearly, and brings structure and accountability to fast-moving work.

Support Product Launches and Growth
You may also help connect product development with the way our solutions are introduced and communicated to the market.

Depending on the initiative, you may:

- Support go-to-market planning for SaaS products, features, and enhancements

- Coordinate launch activities across product, technology, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams

- Translate product capabilities into clear customer benefits, demonstrations, and use cases

- Help create launch materials, educational videos, product demonstrations, and AI-assisted marketing content

- Review onboarding, engagement, and nurture experiences from the user’s perspective

- Gather feedback to help improve product positioning, adoption, and the customer experience

- Track launch readiness, dependencies, and follow-up activities

Experience participating in the go-to-market launch of a SaaS product or major product feature would be a meaningful advantage.

Who We’re Looking For

This could be an excellent opportunity for someone with approximately 2–5 years of professional experience in technology, software, product quality, UAT/QA, project coordination, digital production, SaaS, healthcare technology, or a related field.

Ideally, you bring:

- Approximately 2–5 years of relevant professional experience

- Experience with UAT, QA, product testing, software testing, or digital product development

- Experience coordinating software or technology initiatives

- The ability to create test scenarios and clearly document defects and expected outcomes

- Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and follow-through

- Comfort working with technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new tools quickly

- Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools

- Creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to experiment

- The ability to independently manage multiple priorities

- Proactive communication skills in a remote environment

- An interest in using technology to positively affect mental health, well-being, personal growth, and everyday life

Even Better If You Have

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

- Healthcare, mental healthcare, behavioral health, digital health, wellness, coaching, or employee well-being

- AI-powered or conversational AI applications

- Evaluating and improving AI-generated responses

- Creating polished AI-generated videos or digital content

- SaaS product launches or go-to-market initiatives

- Product marketing, customer onboarding, lifecycle engagement, or product adoption

- Translating technical capabilities into customer benefits and use cases

- Jira or similar project-tracking platforms

- Agile software development

- PMP, CAPM, Scrum, Agile, or related training

A healthcare or mental healthcare background is helpful but not required. This could include professional experience, education, training, or meaningful exposure to healthcare, behavioral health, coaching, wellness, or other mission-driven services.

Why This Opportunity Is Different

You’ll work directly on digital well-being and AI technology designed to improve people’s lives.

One day, you might test a new feature and work with developers to improve the member experience. The next, you might evaluate how our AI life coach responds to a challenging situation, create an AI-generated video, support a product launch, or coordinate the next phase of a technology initiative.

We’re not looking for a traditional senior project manager focused primarily on meetings, schedules, and status reports. We’re looking for someone with a strong professional foundation who wants to take ownership, broaden their skills, learn rapidly, and grow with an evolving technology and AI organization.

If you’re detail-oriented enough to find what isn’t working, thoughtful enough to understand the user experience, curious enough to explore what’s possible with AI, and organized enough to keep important work moving, we’d love to hear from you.

How to Apply

Please include a cover letter with your application.

Tell us:

- What specifically interests you about this opportunity

- Which parts of the role best match your background

- Why AI-powered well-being or healthcare technology appeals to you

- Any role you’ve played in creating AI-assisted video or supporting the launch and adoption of a SaaS product

If available, please include a link to an AI-assisted video, digital experience, or other relevant work you personally created or substantially contributed to.

- Applications without a cover letter may not be considered.
