Role Description The Intern – Concept Artist/ Filmmaker will support the creative team in developing visual concepts and narrative elements for animation, gaming, and media projects. In this full-time, on-site role based in Noida, the intern will assist with creating character designs, concept art, and storyboards that align with project briefs and production timelines. Daily tasks may include visual research, sketching and refining 2D artwork, collaborating with directors and designers on visual storytelling, and preparing assets for internal reviews and client presentations. The intern may also work with production tools to help translate concepts into pre-visualizations and contribute ideas to creative discussions while learning industry-standard practices.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in 2D art and Concept Art, with the ability to translate ideas into clear visual narratives.
- Ability to create expressive Character Designs that support story, mood, and world-building.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Blender or similar tools for visual development and pre-visualization.
- Storyboarding skills to plan shots, sequences, and visual flow for animation or film projects.
- Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, visual storytelling, and consistency in art style.
- Interest in animation, filmmaking, and gaming, with willingness to learn production processes.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a studio environment and respond to feedback constructively.
- Relevant coursework or training in animation, fine arts, filmmaking, game design, or a related field is preferred.
