As a Founder's Associate, you'll work directly with the founder across nearly every aspect of building the company. From strategy and hiring to business development and marketing, you'll gain a front-row seat to what it takes to build a venture-backed deep-tech startup from the ground up.

Role Description As a Founder's Associate, you will work closely with the founder across all aspects of building and scaling the company. You will take ownership of high-priority initiatives, from business development and growth to building lean, AI-native operations.
Day-to-day, you will help to define go-to-market strategies, build processes that enable the company to scale, support key internal and external initiatives, and tackle whatever high-impact challenges move the company forward. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Munich.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Management & Technology or similar with excellent academic track record
- Previous experience in high-pace environments, like startup, consulting or banking
- Technical curiosity, entrepreneurial mindset and interest in robotics and manufacturing
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Structured, proactive and highly self-driven
- Bonus points: experience with Notion, GitHub, Lovable, n8n, Zapier, Claude Cowork or similar
