About Amply

Amply is a digital design and development agency partnering with B2B SaaS, healthcare and fintech companies to build brands and digital experiences that drive growth. We take craft seriously, invest in our people, and believe great work comes from great culture.

About the role

We're looking for a mid to senior Project Manager who can independently own and run projects end to end.

The role has changed a lot in the last year. We've always built exceptional Webflow sites, and we still do, but AI is reshaping how sites get built, found and improved. We're expanding into AI enablement alongside our core work, which means our projects are increasingly platform agnostic. The PMs who do well here are curious about where this is heading rather than attached to how it used to work.

In this role you'll be a steady point of contact for clients and a supportive shield for the team, helping both sides stay aligned, focused and confident throughout the project. It suits someone who enjoys taking ownership, building structure around complex work, and working closely with clients and internal teams alike.

What you'll do

- Own projects from kickoff to launch and beyond, delivered on time, on budget and at a high quality bar

- Be the main point of contact for clients, leading communication, setting expectations and building trust-based relationships

- Plan and manage timelines, budgets, scope and resources across multiple projects at once

- Work closely with designers and developers to define scope, clarify requirements and make sure the team has what it needs

- Coordinate workload and support resource planning alongside design and development leads

- Identify risks early and solve problems proactively, keeping things moving even when the situation is ambiguous

- Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding where we can bring clients more value

- Contribute to improving our processes, documentation and standards as we grow

Who we're looking for

This role isn't suitable for junior candidates or those who have only worked as project coordinators. We are searching for someone who has already led projects independently and is comfortable owning scope, timeline, budget and client relationships.

- 2 to 4 years managing website, branding and marketing projects. Agency or consultancy experience is essential, the pace and client dynamics are specific

- Experience working with B2B clients

- Strong understanding of the full website project lifecycle, from discovery and strategy through design and development to launch

- Confident with Figma. Components, design systems, responsive design and developer handoff

- Basic understanding of website development. Webflow experience is a strong plus

- General grasp of graphic and motion design processes so you can plan and manage that work too

- Comfortable running multiple projects without losing clarity, control or quality

- Strong on budgets, timelines and scope, and keeping them transparent for both team and client

- Proactive communicator with a partnership approach to clients rather than task coordination

- Business thinking. You understand client goals and where the next opportunity sits

- Excellent English, C1 minimum

- Able to work within EST hours

- Comfortable working autonomously, with clear support and guidance from our Head of Operations

Nice to have

- Working knowledge of AI tools and agentic workflows in a build context. Genuinely valued here and increasingly part of how we work

- Familiarity with Framer, Shopify, or AI-native platforms like Ploy and Ship Studio

- Experience with ClickUp, Slack, Everhour and Claude/Chat GPT

How we work

Fully remote.

We're a fast-moving agency, so this is a great fit for someone who wants impact beyond their own tasks. Every voice counts on how we work and what we change. We're also a highly organised company, so if you have a genuine passion for structure you'll feel at home. We're not a family, we're a team working towards the same goal.

Compensation and benefits

- $30,000 to $48,000 per year depending on experience

- Quarterly/Yearly Bonus System

- 15 days PTO plus 9 paid US holidays

- $500 per year towards learning and skill development

- Sick leave and maternity/paternity leave as needed
