We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Associate to support our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with suppliers, procurement, logistics, warehouse, sales, and internal teams to ensure timely availability and movement of materials/products.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day supply chain, procurement, inventory, and logistics operations.
- Process and monitor purchase orders, sales orders, and replenishment requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding orders, pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Track shipments and follow up on delayed or pending deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify potential stock-outs, excess inventory, or supply risks.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely movement and delivery of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, inventory, shipments, and supplier information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory, or operations.
- Good knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
