- 広告クリエイティブ制作（パフォーマンス重視） Performance-focused ad creative production
- 日本市場における主要広告プラットフォーム（X Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Google Display, LINE Ads等）に向けた、バナー広告およびインフィード素材の企画・デザインを担当します。 Plan and design banner and in-feed ad creatives for major advertising platforms in the Japanese market (X Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Google Display, LINE Ads, etc.).
- 日本市場向けのローカライズ・デザイン Localisation design for the Japanese market
- グローバルのビジュアル資産をベースに、日本市場に最適化された二次創作を行います。日本のユーザーの感性に響くレイアウト、配色、フォント選定を行い、ブランドの信頼感と親和性を高めます。 Adapt global visual assets into creative optimised for the Japanese market — selecting layouts, colour palettes, and typography that resonate with local user sensibilities to strengthen brand trust and affinity.
- データ駆動型デザインの最適化 Data-driven design optimisation
- 広告管理画面からのデータフィードバック（CTR、CVR等）に基づき、複数のA/Bテスト用素材を迅速に制作。視覚要素の微調整を繰り返すことで、広告運用のパフォーマンスを最大化させます。 Rapidly produce multiple A/B test creative variations based on data feedback from ad platforms (CTR, CVR, etc.), continuously refining visual elements to maximise ad performance.
Qualifications
- 学歴： 大学卒業以上（美術、視覚伝達デザイン、または関連専門分野）。 Education: Bachelor's degree or above (Fine Art, Visual Communication Design, or a related field).
- 語学力： 流暢な日本語力必須。英語ができる方は尚可。 Language skills: Fluent Japanese is required; English proficiency is a plus.
- 実務経験： 海外または日本国内の主要広告プラットフォームにおける広告デザインの実務経験をお持ちの方。 Experience: Hands-on experience in ad design on major advertising platforms, either overseas or within Japan.
- デザインスキル：Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma 等のデザインツールを使いこなせる方。 Design skills: Proficient with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- ソフトスキル： 主体性を持って業務に取り組み、円滑なコミュニケーションとプロジェクト推進能力がある方。スピード感のある環境下で、質の高いアウトプットを出せる方。 Soft skills: Self-driven with strong communication and project management abilities; able to deliver high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
