The postdoctoral fellow will work in a laboratory that was one of the pioneers in the field of neuromorphic computing, and one that has influenced today’s widely used AI products.

We are looking for a Postdoctoral Fellow to lead research on AI training algorithms. The role will focus on developing AI algorithms (especially for training) aimed at post-digital hardware. Specifically, the project targets numerical and local learning algorithms beyond backpropagation.

Key Responsibilities

- Defining detailed experimental steps.

- Conducting experiments

- Reporting of results in publications

- Presentations at major conferences

Job Requirements

- PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field

- At least 3 years of relevant experiences in a similar role with hands-on experience in AI algorithms, including experience gained during PhD

- Familiarity with neuromorphic computing and AI models

- Good written and oral communication skills, with papers published in leading conferences or journals
