Senior Real Estate Paralegal / Title Processor

Seekonk, MA | Full-Time | On-Site

A fast-growing real estate organization is seeking an experienced title and closing professional to take ownership of residential transactions from contract through closing.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who moves quickly, solves problems early, and can independently manage files without constant direction.

Responsibilities

- Manage files from contract execution through title clearance, closing, and policy issuance

- Review agreements, title abstracts, and title commitments

- Resolve liens, judgments, mortgages, probate matters, municipal issues, and chain-of-title concerns

- Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers

- Manage payoffs, releases, estoppels, lender requirements, and closing documentation

- Prepare and review HUDs, Closing Disclosures, and title documents

- Ensure all figures reconcile and files are accurate and ready to close

- Provide proactive updates and keep transactions moving

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in title processing, real estate paralegal work, or closing coordination

- Strong knowledge of title review, title clearance, and residential real estate closings

- Experience independently managing files from opening through closing

- Experience reviewing title abstracts and resolving complex title issues

- Strong understanding of settlement statements, lender requirements, and closing documentation

- 3+ years of experience with land title analysis preferred

- 4+ years of relevant real estate, legal, title, or transaction experience preferred
