Full-Stack AI Engineer
We are seeking a hands-on, product-oriented Full-Stack AI Engineer to build and enhance an AI-powered application in an AI-native engineering environment. The engineer will own features end to end while using and directing AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, and similar tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end product features across Python backend and TypeScript/React/Next.js frontend.
- Develop APIs, database integrations, data/document-processing workflows, and production-ready applications.
- Build LLM and agentic AI workflows involving RAG/retrieval, structured outputs, tool use, evaluations, and observability.
- Direct and critically review AI-generated code, taking ownership of architecture, code quality, debugging, testing, and technical readiness.
- Improve AI-native development workflows, including agent/repository instructions, automated reviews, tests/evals, documentation, and quality gates.
- Write, modify, or rewrite production code directly whenever needed.
- Own features from requirements through implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Work independently in a fast-moving environment and communicate progress and blockers clearly.
Required Qualifications
- Typically 3–6 years of software engineering experience; demonstrated ability is more important than years.
- Strong hands-on Python backend development.
- Experience with TypeScript and React; Next.js preferred.
- Proven experience building and deploying complete product features, APIs, and database-driven applications.
- Production experience with LLM/Generative AI or agentic applications, beyond basic chatbot prototypes.
- Practical experience with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, or similar AI coding agents.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, debugging, automated testing, code review, and deployment.
- Comfortable working independently in an early-stage/startup environment.
Preferred
Experience with LangGraph, LangFuse, document processing/RAG, voice AI, fintech/financial data, cloud platforms, and CI/CD/automated quality gates.
