Role Description The Forward Deployed Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, working closely with clients and internal teams to design, build, and deploy robust software solutions that power high-authority digital experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with designers and product stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications, implementing back-end services and APIs, and integrating systems with AI-native and deep-tech platforms. The role involves writing clean, maintainable code, performing code reviews, troubleshooting production issues, and optimizing performance and reliability. The Forward Deployed Engineer will also participate in solution architecture discussions, contribute to engineering best practices, and support client deployments to ensure smooth, reliable delivery of digital products.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and systems fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with experience in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, Go, or similar).
- Hands-on experience in Software Development, including designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining production-grade applications.
- Practical expertise in Back-End Web Development, building APIs, microservices, and integrations with databases and external systems.
- Ability to work closely with design, product, and client teams, translating requirements into technical solutions and iterating based on feedback.
- Comfort with debugging complex issues, performance tuning, and ensuring security and reliability in deployed systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in client-facing or forward-deployed roles, and familiarity with AI-native or deep-tech environments, is a plus.
